"I have had state farm insurance for over ten years. It used to be great. A couple of years ago my agent retired and I was assigned Kendra Cochran. Soon after my rates went up 120%. I have reached out to Kendra's office asking for a better rate. This office doesn't return calls. When I was able to get ahold of someone I was told that I have the lowest rate and would I like to buy life insurance? I'm trying to lower my overhead so I declined. A year later I moved and needed to change my address. Again no return calls. I have to call several times before I get a live person. The next month my bill was delivered to my previous address. I called and got the same treatment no return calls. I finally get someone that claims they can change the address. The next month the same thing happened. I have asked four in three months times to get an address change. This office has lousy customer service doesn't return calls and doesn't care about my business so I left. My new insurance company is $60 a month cheaper. Best decision I could have made."
